Monday – Saturday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm (Break: 3:00 – 4:00 pm)

Santa is in the Main Court on Level One.
Can I walk in and wait in line?
Yes, walk-ins are accepted. However, reservations are recommended and will have priority. Walk-in wait times may exceed one hour.
Can I make an appointment at the photo set?
Yes, but it’s best to book online in advance for your convenience.
Is there a fee to make an appointment with Santa?
The reservation portal requires a $20 deposit, which includes your appointment time and a $20 credit towards any digital photo purchase.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
You can log into your account, view your booking, and click “change booking” to reschedule.
Can I cancel my appointment?
There are no refunds or cancellations. You can reschedule while time slots are available.
What if my child is unwell?
Please do not bring any family member who is showing symptoms of illness. You may reschedule online.
Where can I park?
Parking is available throughout The Shops at Palm Desert.
